Supporting PDM Implementation
Parish Development model – PDM that is structured in 7 pillars which include:

- Governance and Administration.
The ministry of ICT and National Guidance implemented an integrated Parish Development Management Information System with one of the initial pillars focusing on the Community Participation and Information System (CPIS) to bridge a communication gap between the Government and Citizens of Uganda.
