Lets talk is a digital two -way communication channel providing an integrated communication management platform that consolidates all citizen requests from various channels SMS, Email, Website, social media etc into a single management hub to strengthen management processes between governments, private sector and citizens.
Parish Development model – PDM that is structured in 7 pillars which include: Production, Processing and Marketing, Infrastructure and Economic Services, Financial Inclusion, Social Services, Community Mobilization and Mindset Change, Community Information System, Governance and Administration.
The ministry of ICT and National Guidance implemented an integrated Parish Development Management Information System with one of the initial pillars focusing on the Community Participation and Information System (CPIS) to bridge a communication gap between the Government and Citizens of Uganda.
